The opportunity requires energetic, well spoken, and caring individuals to work part time in achieving assigned fund-raising goals. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop and implement grassroots fund raising plan to generate interest in non-profit cause
- Ability to convert any leads into donors

- Strategize, plan and implement plans to accomplish goals
- Prepare and maintain assigned campaign correspondence records and statistical reports as needed.

Xumri Group is looking for a Education/Learning Consultant. The ideal candidate will have experience in a school or school district office setting with networks into various districts and/or private schools. He/she will have a background in curriculum and instructional design, with a Bachelors or Masters degree.
The client product will provide a distinct value-added cost effective tool for students and schools to help students:
- Assimilate subject CD content at one's own pace
- Keep notes for future quick reference
- Analyze and monitor learning behaviors & patterns
- Keep track of individual progress
Objective: Obtain third-party feedback from a variety of sources about the product and deliver it in a consolidated format to client.
Tasks and Outcomes:
- Find the right venue (hopefully of potential customer) and negotiate a optimal rental
- Prepare a information package to encourage participants to attend
- Identify the optimal participants - ~5 -10 per group (in the 3 categories - students, educators, parents)
- Assemble focus group: 50 each of educators, parents, learners (10 focus groups)

- Prepare a survey, collate participants input into a report for client that will be useful for product positioning and refinement
